This is a formal letter of complaint (page 2) sent by Professor Jeremy T. Kerr to the dean of the Faculty of Science, University of Ottawa, against Professor Denis G. Rancourt. The document also contains a letter from the dean (page 1) initiating a formal disciplinary investigation, and an email (pages 3-4) sent by Rancourt to all professors on campus.
